How to Resize a Handwritten Declaration for an Online Form

Write two or three compact lines. A wide, short frame such as 800 × 400 pixels turns a tall paragraph into tiny handwriting, however well the tool resizes it.

Think about the frame before you write

These forms often want a wide, short image, such as 800 × 400 pixels. If you write a tall paragraph, the page is shrunk to fit and the writing becomes tiny. A wide block fills a wide frame best: write two or three compact lines, in dark ink on plain white paper.

What the tool does

Handwritten Declaration Resizer:

  1. Crops to the writing and ignores the page edge and shadows. A Straighten slider levels a tilted photo.
  2. Evens out the lighting and whitens the paper, keeping the ink as it is.
  3. Fits it to your size, writes the DPI, aims for the middle of your KB range, and re-checks the file.

A real example

For IBPS CRP 2026-27, as read on 7 October 2026, the declaration is a JPG of 50 to 100 KB, with 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI as the preferred size. The notice also says it must be written by you, by hand, in English only, in black ink on white paper; not in capital letters; and the wording must match the declaration printed in your recruitment notification. The tool can’t judge any of those last rules, so it lists them for you to check by eye.

Photographing it

  • Lay the page flat and shoot from directly above. Slanted lines are harder to read after resizing.
  • Use daylight or even light so there’s no shadow across the writing.
  • Fill the frame with the writing, not the whole desk.

If something’s off

  • The writing looks tiny. Use a wider, shorter block of text.
  • Lines slope. Use the Straighten slider.
  • Part of the text is cut off. Drag the box to include all the writing.
  • It looks like a photo, not a page. You’ll see a warning; retake it on plain paper.
