Resize an image to exact dimensions.
Set the width and height you need. We crop or pad rather than stretch, unless you choose Stretch.

Fill in one side and we keep the picture's shape. Fill in both for an exact size.

What it does
- Type a width, a height, or both. One side alone keeps the picture’s shape.
- If the shape differs: Crop to fit (drag the box to choose), Fit inside (adds a background colour), or Stretch.
- You see the original and final size side by side, and we re-read the result to confirm.
Examples
| You enter | You get |
|---|---|
| Width 800, height empty | A 4:3 photo becomes 800 × 600. The shape is kept. |
| 500 × 500, Crop to fit | A square cut from the part you choose. |
| 500 × 500, Fit inside | The whole picture, centred, with bands of your background colour. |
If it isn’t working
- The result looks soft.
- You asked for more pixels than the picture has, so it was enlarged. Start from a bigger original.
- It’s sideways.
- Use the Rotate buttons before resizing.
- I also need a KB limit.
- Use KB + Dimensions: it hits the pixel size and the size limit together.
- Transparent PNG turned white.
- Save as PNG or WebP under Advanced to keep transparency. JPG can’t hold it.
