What it does
- Pick a size: the verified IBPS photograph, a common size, or your own.
- Position the box with the head-and-shoulders guide. Where the browser can find a face we start there.
- We resize and compress, then re-check the finished file against the size you chose.

If it isn’t working
- Will this pass passport or visa checks?
- We make no such claim. We prepare size and format; rules about face position, expression and background are yours to check against the official requirement.
- The background isn’t white.
- We don’t remove or replace backgrounds. Take the photo against a plain, light wall in even light.
- The face was not found automatically.
- Most browsers have no face detection. Drag the box until the head sits inside the guide.
