“Ready” means every required rule passes when we re-read the finished file. Anything IBPS describes as preferred is matched where we can but never decides. The things only you can judge (ink colour, capital letters, a clear face) are listed below and on each file.
What to know this cycle
- Pixel sizes are marked "preferred" in the notice. The KB range and JPG/JPEG type are what the form enforces: it will not let you continue until the photograph and signature meet the specification.
- You also capture a live photograph (webcam or phone) during the application. That one is taken in the form, not uploaded here.
- Signature and handwritten declaration must not be in capital letters.
- These numbers are identical to the June 2025 CRP PO/MT-XV guidelines. We checked both.
- The CRP PO/MT-XVI registration window (1-21 Jul 2026) has closed. Always check the notification for the recruitment you are applying to: other recruitments on the IBPS portal publish their own guidelines.
Before you upload
- Open each file up close. A file can meet every size rule and still be too faint or blurry to read.
- If a crop is wrong, use that file’s own page to drag the box: photo and signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration.
- On a phone, save to Files rather than Photos: Photos can recompress the picture.
