What IBPS asks for

DocumentFormatFile sizePixelsDPI
PhotographJPG/JPEG20–50 KB200 × 230 pxpreferred—
SignatureJPG/JPEG10–20 KB140 × 60 pxpreferred—

The firm rules are JPG/JPEG and the file size: 20–50 KB for the photograph, 10–20 KB for the signature. IBPS lists 200 × 230 px and 140 × 60 px as preferred sizes. We produce exactly those, but only the firm rules decide whether we call a file ready.

The application form will not let you continue until the photograph and signature meet the specification, so a wrong file shows up straight away.

IBPS also asks for a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration, each with its own size: see thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
