What it does
- We find the ink and ignore paper edges, shadows and ruled lines. You can drag the box if it picks wrong.
- We even out the lighting, whiten the paper, and darken the ink without changing its colour.
- We fit it to your size on a white canvas, scaled evenly (never stretched), aim for the middle of your KB range, then re-read the file to check every rule.
Examples
| You enter | You get |
|---|---|
| JPG, 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB | The IBPS signature size. The verified IBPS page already has it filled in. |
| JPG, 6 cm × 2 cm at 200 DPI, 10–20 KB | The SSC shape. See the SSC page for what the notice actually says. |
If it isn’t working
- My signature looks thin after shrinking.
- Sign larger with a darker pen. At 140 × 60 px, small or light signatures break up.
- It picked the wrong area.
- Drag the box so it surrounds only the signature. Lines and shadows are ignored, but a dark logo may not be.
- It’s too small for the minimum KB.
- A plain white image can be lighter than a form’s minimum. We reach it with faint paper-like grain, a colour profile or padding, and tell you which.
- The photo is messy.
- Run it through the Signature Cleaner first, then send it here.
